Sunday River's flagship store, Sunday River Sports, is hiring a full-time ski/snowboard repair supervisor. Like to ski or snowboard? The Ski/Snowboard Retail Repair Supervisor works directly with the Director of Retail to meet Sunday River Sports revenue and customer service goals. The person in this position oversees all sales related ski and snowboard equipment repairs, bindings mounts, and demo equipment, and trains all other technicians to ensure that the team has the expertise and tools they need. Areas of ongoing training include opening and closing of points of sale, tracking and filing all repair and warranty paperwork, and the completion of all binding certifications. The Ski/Snowboard Retail Repair Supervisor will ensure that the hard goods team has the know-how to sell and repair all types skis and snowboards, while also ensuring that the team maintains clean and safe work areas, manages inventory, and excels at customer service.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • High level of skiing ability
  • Hard goods repair knowledge required
  • Previous repair shop experience preferred
