As a Restaurant Manager you are responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of Everett's front and back of house. Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Overseeing Chef de Cuisine to ensuring all aspects of restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Menu development based on our Brand Standard for the restaurant
  • Collaborating with banquets department to ensure that all aspects of banquet events are fully operational
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
  • Purchasing or creating requisition supplies for Everett’s
  • Completing and reporting monthly food and beverage inventory
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports with the VP of Food and Beverage
  • Overseeing scheduling and payroll for the restaurant
  • Supervising 25-35 team members in the restaurant to ensure consistent and efficient service to guests while maintaining department goals
  • Interviewing and hiring team members, conduct performance evaluation and appraisals, motivating and educating staff, as well as coaching team members when necessary
  • Ensuring the happiness of guests and making sure they are satisfied with their experience at Everett’s.



Job Qualifications

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. General knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Publisher required. Experience with Point of Sale software preferred. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
