Our cash office clerk positions are fast-paced and involve handling cash and making change, account reconciliations, and answering guest inquiries. Our office provides an opportunity to learn several different computer systems used at the resort, and many of our previous seasonal employees have transitioned into full-time year around employment at Big Sky. Our positions offer a great opportunity to add business skills to a business oriented resume while providing a flexible working schedules for employees to hit the slopes on a daily basis.


  • Daily morning processing of cash sales from resort outlets
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Answer telephones
  • Assist with guest issue research
  • Make ACCURATE cash change for outlets
  • Data entry
  • Project work as needed


  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to learn new computer software systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel a must
  • Cash handling experience preferred (but not required)
  • 10-key adding machine experience preferred (but not required)
  • Data entry experience
  • Sustained focus in a busy, high volume office
  • Must be able to work independently
