Overview

Molly Greens is located slope-side in the A-frame building at the base of the mountain and is Brighton’s full-service bar and grill with table service. If you can work at a fast pace and keep up with the crowds, this is the location for you!

Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare menu items in accordance with food handling guidelines

  • Maintain a clean work area and restock supplies as needed throughout shift

  • Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned

  • Working with and assisting your teammates to provide exceptional guest service

Qualifications

  • 21+ years old. Applicants under 21 cannot be considered for Molly Green's kitchen. 
  • Current Food Handlers Permit and Sips and Tips
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and climb stairs throughout shift
  • Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
  • Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
