Overview

Milly Chalet is our newer cafeteria style eatery located at the base of Millicent Lift.  This location is accessible by foot traffic and riders alike and offers quick breakfast and lunch options.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare menu items in accordance with food handling guidelines

  • Maintain a clean work area and restock supplies as needed throughout shift

  • Assist with opening, restocking, and closing duties as assigned

  • Working with and assisting your teammates to provide exceptional guest service

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Current Food Handlers Permit
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and climb stairs throughout shift
  • Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
  • Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends and holidays)
