Overview

Process daily revenue by verifying seller’s receipts and sales, balancing deposits, and entering data into computer. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

Responsibilities

  • Protects company operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
  • Maintains balanced vault inventory by auditing and counting petty cash monies daily.
  • Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Provides change to sales locations as needed.
  • Reconciles cash sheets from various sales locations by comparing the counted receipts to the reported sales.
  • Reconciles daily vouchers from various sales locations by comparing those turned in with daily POS cashouts to RTP product summary reports.
  • Prepares daily bank deposits by assembling monies from sellers, entering the data into the computer and balancing the receipts and sales.
  • Disburses money by completing petty cash transactions.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
  • Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Cash Room Supervisor.

Basic education (high school) plus two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience from which knowledge and skills have been acquired.
