Overview

Sugarloaf is looking for outgoing, fun-loving, and supportive team players to become Hotel Front Desk Representatives for this coming winter season. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first warm welcome for our guests upon their arrival to our resort’s signature Hotel as well as our fleet of condosOur Front Desk Representatives create memorable impressions by providing a full range of hotel services and by sharing information about the resort and local area throughout a guest’s stay. In addition to guest interaction, this role will also assist in selling and organizing activities. Responsibilities

  • Checking in guests accurately and effectively in a quick, but unhurried fashion with the highest level of guest service. 
  • Provide superior front desk service including but not limited to, taking reservations, giving quotes/booking lodging packages and running reports as needed.  
  • Interact in a professional manner with all guests, owners, and other resort departments.  
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Sugarloaf's services, promotions and events and accurately relay this information to guests in order to provide the best possible experience. 
  • Operate the switchboard to answer questions, and/or forward or transfer calls to expedite service.  
  • Perform cash reconciliation duties; prepare bank deposits, apply payments to accounts and deliver deposits for delivery. 
  • Resolve and take appropriate action on any guest/owner complaint or problem. 
  • Exceed guest expectations and needs in any other way as requested by manager.
