About the role:
The Group Sales Liaison is responsible for excellent customer service to all clients, assists with greeting guests, ticketing groups, food and beverage functions and meeting any special needs groups may have. Assists in coordinating efforts with appropriate departments to assure a smooth, positive experience for group attendees. Assists in fulfilling ticket orders, greeting and escorting groups and assisting with events.
The position would need to be flexible according to the weekly schedule. The position is seasonal full time averaging 32 - 40 hours a week.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
An Associate's Degree in Marketing or Communications, psychology, social services, business, recreation/hospitality management or one to two years’ experience in sales/customer service, or any similar combination of education and experience. On snow experience and intermediate to advanced ski and or snowboard skills a plus.
