Responsibilities

The Season Pass Agent's typical job functions include:

 

  • Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members
  • Handling general inquires regarding rates and policies
  • Providing general information on resort amenities
  • Addressing guest inquires in person, on the telephone and via email

Qualifications

This position might be for you if:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have achieved a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • You enjoy a fast paced work environment
  • You are interested in a customer service based postion; friendly
  • You are flexible and able to multi-task
  • You are willing to perform other tasks assigned
  • You are able to stand for long periods of time
