Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, which love the outdoors, love creating unique experiences for our guests, owners, and team members and have a passion for being creative. We host many family activities around our resort property. These activities range from bonfires and S’mores, cookie decorating, arts and crafts, storytelling, and ice cream socials.

 

The Activities Attendant provides energy and excitement through knowledge of activities, events, and property locations while providing excellent guest service to go above and beyond in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the perks of working for an awesome resort!

Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

  • Set up and promote craft activities for all ages. 
  • Provide evening entertainment for guests such as bonfires and s’mores, popcorn, organized activities both indoors and outdoors, and other themed special events throughout the season.
  • Assist with set up, break down, and execution of organized activities.
  • Be knowledgeable of resort activities to invite guests to events/activities and answer questions for guests
  • Maintaining activity room appearance and cleanliness as well as keeping the crafting tables organized & filled with supplies throughout the day.
  • Taking payments for the non-complementary crafts.
  • Cleaning up of crafting area once an activity is finished.
  • Prepare treats, sample crafts, and gifts for guests when needed.
  • Assisting supervisor with other tasks as needed.
  • Working together with fellow team members towards the ultimate goal of increasing the value of our amenities and offerings on our resort.
  • Must be able to think on your feet and have the ability to problem-solve.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong people skills
  • Be able to work on feet in all weather conditions
  • Must be at least 16 years old
