Overview

Sugarloaf is looking for a dependable worker that is able to work independently as our Hotel Night Janitor for the coming winter season. The primary duty of the Hotel Night Janitor is to maintain the cleanliness of all common and office areas of our signature Hotel. Essential job functions are to remove trash, vacuum, dust, clean windows and walls, mop, clean restrooms, and take care of recyclables. This position may also assist in snow shoveling and sanding and will assist the Housekeeping Department as needed. This is a full-time seasonal role and is eligible for an end of season bonus. 

Responsibilities

  • Keep building, break rooms, offices, and service areas clean
  • Remove trash, vacuum, dust, clean windows and walls, mop, clean restrooms, and take care of recyclables
  • Perform snow shoveling and sanding as needed
  • Assist housekeeping as needed
  • Complete daily record as required
  • Perform carpet cleaning if needed
  • Assist with laundry if needed

Qualifications

  • Must have valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
  • Must be able to work in changing weather and environmental conditions
  • Must be able to travel in inclement weather
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently throughout shift, have good guest service skills and be safety conscious
