Overview

Join our team and help make the Summit a more clean and sustainably responsible place that guests are excited to return to. Duties vary day to day and include light maintenance projects like cleaning, painting, landscaping, vacuuming carpets, and other similar tasks in base area buildings and outdoors. As part of the Summit Team that creates the guest experience, we ensure you share the tip pool for your area and you have access to awesome industry discounts and benefits! This includes a FREE ski pass and tickets to various resorts around the country! Don’t ski or snow board? Not a problem!  Take advantage of discounted take-home rentals & free lessons for staff.  This position is also eligible for an end of season bonus after fulfilling the committed hours and work through date. Referral bonus now up to $200! Both you and the person your are referring have to be working 25 hours/ week or more. ($150 if both are under 25 hours/ week) **Must work through certain date.

  • Trash removal
  • General cleaning as required
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Responsible for departmental keys and security related to those keys and buildings
  • Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees;
  • Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
