Overview

Join our team as Parking Lot Supervisor! In this role you will be overseeing Parking Attendants and work along side security to ensure the safety in all Summit parking lots.  You will work closely with Base Ops Manager on hiring, training and scheduling of parking staff. 

This position includes a FREE ski pass and tickets to various resorts around the country! Don’t ski or snow board? Not a problem!  Take advantage of discounted take-home rentals & free lessons for staff.  This position is also eligible for an end of season bonus after fulfilling the committed hours and work through date.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, motivates, and supervises staff to ensure adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established goals and objectives.  Ensures that all employees receive the training, support, guidance, feedback and resources necessary.
  • Schedules Parking Attendants staff
  • Compute time sheets and approve time in time and attendance system
  • Work in parking lots with Parking Attendants
  • Maintain attitude and professionalism of staff.
  • Resolve minor conflicts and complaints.
  • Maintains and enhances a guest focused culture in all areas of responsibility.
  • Maintains schedules in compliance with regulations and authorities having jurisdiction; manages responsibilities in compliance with resort safety policies.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees, guests and all other outside contacts.
  • Understanding of corporate and resort specific policies and procedures.
  • Flexible working hours.  Some job sharing may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution preferred.  Previous supervisory experience preferred.
