Overview

Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants for the winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct guests to park in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, Parking Lot Attendants greet guests, answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area, and will also help load/unload gear, skis/snowboards and luggage to cars and shuttles. This role comes with great job perks and is eligible for an end of season bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive at work promptly and on time

  • Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations

  • Maintain order in parking lots

  • Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort

  • Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times

  • Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

  • Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees

  • Must be able to exert a moderate level of activity to complete tasks
