This position is also eligible for an end of season bonus after fulfilling the committed hours and work through date.

Referral bonus now up to $200! Both you and the person your are referring have to be working 25 hours/ week or more. ($150 if both are under 25 hours/ week) **Must work through certain date.

 

As the Prep Cook/ Dishwasher you will prepare food and wash the dishes & utensils used to do so. (other light cleaning duties around the kitchen included.)

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains adequate amount of prepared food by following menu requirements for foods needed in advance of service to guests.
  • Janitorial duties such as dishwashing, mopping, removing garbage from the building, snow shoveling, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all proper food handling procedures and equipment safety standards.
  • Maintain good interpersonal relations by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
  • Flexible working hours.  Some job sharing may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of food handling procedures. 
  • Knowledge of safe requirements in working with equipment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Some food service experience helpful in working with equipment.  One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to work weekends. 

Valid food handlers permit is required, may be obtained upon employment.
