Referral bonus now up to $200! Both you and the person your are referring have to be working 25 hours/ week or more. ($150 if both are under 25 hours/ week) **Must work through certain date.

 

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading the retail sales team while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Has an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go above and beyond for our guests. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn't understand the term "not my job".

Responsibilities

  • Driving forward sales and achieving departmental objectives
  • Assisting in the overall day to day running of retail outlets
  • Ensuring the team maintains Summit brand standards
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge in order to provide the best customer experience
  • Ensuring the teams are adequately trained with up to date product knowledge
  • Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld
  • Maintaining the security of the boutique premises, stock and all boutique cash and other payments
  • Confirming daily payroll in Cenium
  • Daily Sales & Inventory Reporting
  • Responsible for weekly Cycle Counts
  • Creating and managing weekly schedule
  • May be asked to open or close retail outlets on depending on availability and the needs of the business
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Can lift, carry or move at least 40 lbs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to succeed in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment
  • Proactive, flexible self-starter
  • Sports enthusiast – solid knowledge of ski and snowboard gear

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of customer service or industry experience, both in person and on the phone required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Fluent in any language other than English considered a plus.
