Overview

Boyne Highlands is searching for a new Vacation Home Attendant to join our Owner Services team. You will be responsible for reviewing our vacation rental homes, compiling pictures, descriptions, assist with upgrade and prepare reports. This is a full-time, year-round position that comes with a variety of benefits.

Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

  • Prioritizing task list and determine which rooms need inspection.
  • Reviewing vacations home rentals on an annual basis to ensure units are in accordance with the Boyne Accommodations Rating Guidelines.
  • Photographing and creating a photo log of the units and recording all inventory
  • Compiling detailed reports for each vacation home to include pictures and assist with upgrade recommendations.
  • Utilizing Springer Miller software to determine which units are accessible, make owner reservations, and put units out of order
  • Inspecting and preparing units for Owner Arrivals
  • Reporting minor repairs, housekeeping issues and updates as needed
  • Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, security, front desk and owner services teams as needed
  • Assisting Owner Services team as needed

Qualifications

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are available to work Monday through Friday, some weekends required
  • You possess a valid driver's license
  • You have six months to one year related experience
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high organizational skills
