Greet and assist guests with the purchasing of the Nordic and snowshoe products. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Process reservations and walk in guests with purchasing snowshoe tours and Nordic rentals.
Assist guests with guest questions including other activities at Loon.
Answer phone calls and check voicemail.
Process waiver information and assist with equipment fitting.
Receive and record all fees and payments made for this venue and complete cash out as necessary.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
