The Sugarloaf Resort Housekeeping Team is looking for a hardworking, positive, detail-oriented Team Leader! This position combines Administration, Training and Inspection duties to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Housekeeping Department to grow the department and to provide superior services.
Do you have an acute eye for detail? Are you comfortable speaking in front of groups and also one-on-one? Are you organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment? This is a very important role here at the resort! You are the last line of defense that we have in getting our rooms “Guest ready” to exceed all expectations. You will start your day with a group of housekeepers that are looking to you for direction that you developed with the assistance of the Executive Housekeeping Manager. This position is currently a full-time seasonal role but could potentially become a year-round job.
