The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing timely, courteous and safe transportation of our guests and staff to and from base areas and parking lots.  As a guest-focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”

  • Embrace and provide a high quality level of customer service
  • Maintain a pleasant, professional and friendly demeanor with all guests and co-workers alike
  • Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees and equipment.
  • Be aware of surroundings while driving and follow all appropriate traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspection prior to driving shuttle. Report any problems immediately in writing to Vehicle Maintenance Department.
  • Report any personal driving infraction to supervisor as soon as possible.
  • Flexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Safety – Demonstrates safety consciousness with guests, resort and co-workers.  Attends safety meetings and adheres to safety codes and procedures.


  • Must possess a valid drivers' license
  • Able to work independently, yet able to take direction
  • Able to pass a criminal history background check
  • Strong communication skills


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
