The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for new Hosts/Hostesses to join our Food Court Team! You will be responsible for greeting guests as they enter the food court, directing them as needed, and answering any questions they may have. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing resort!

  • Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality guest service. 
  • Set up or restock product and service items.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any customer requests.
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Communicates absences and schedule changes promptly
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Additional duties or responsibilities may be assigned.


  • Must possess ServSafe certification or be willing to obtain it upon employment.
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for long hours on your feet.
