To aid in the general operation of Mountain Bike Rentals by being attentive to customers and their needs, answer questions and phones, handles money, and fits guests for rental equipment. The desk clerk is responsible for processing all applicable paperwork. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Greets and talks with customers.
Sells mountain bike rentals and ticket packages. May assist in retail.
Answer phones and take reservations for lessons. Handles money.
Distributes rental equipment. Assists with safety gear such as helmets and pads.
Cleaning on a regular basis along side other staff.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
