Teaches the basic techniques of mountain biking, according to guidelines established by resort, in a group or individual setting and based on customer skill level. Must be energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively within a professional manner.
Basic math skills are required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and to solve practical problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, heat and sun. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
