Overview

Sugarloaf Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Snow Groomer Mechanic to join our Vehicle Maintenance team in a full-time year-round role. The primary role of a Snow Groomer Mechanic at Sugarloaf is to service and repair our fleet of modern snow groomers. Candidates must have prior mechanical background in equipment repair or a tech school degree and must have knowledge of hydraulic equipment, diesel engines, and electrical systems. This full-time position works an average of 40 hours per week in a 4-day workweek. We have a generous tool allowance and offer competitive wages. Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for maintenance of our resorts fleet of snow groomers and snow cats
  • Must be able to service and repair hydraulic equipment, diesel engines, and electrical components of related equipment

Qualifications

Must have prior experience in equipment maintenance/repair and must have knowledge of diesel and hydraulic systems. We will train in house and will offer a generous tool allowance for this role. You may be required to work weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
