Administrative Assistant duties in HR office: Coordinates with recruiting agencies for international applicants, handles employee housing set up, prep and track training and safety materials, assist with Employee Guest Service desk, coordinate employee uniform purchases, fulfills employee trade voucher program, assist with onboarding and benefits enrollment. Involved with the administration of the safety and workers’ comp. insurance programs. Admin. Assistant for safety committee. Assist with preparing HR summary reports.
Coordinate international applicant's Visas, housing, transportation and coordination with managers.
Assist with HR forms, training materials for employee new hire, returning orientations with HR Director.
Coordinate employee housing and upkeep. This includes property walk throughs, tracking housing maintenance lists, purchasing housing materials and the set-up of houses to establish move in condition.
Coordinate trade tickets for employee incentive/prize program.
Coordinate spreadsheet for winter and summer employee uniforms.
Prepare coordination of the Employee Newsletter on schedule.
Update the HR stats book and calendar as directed.
Assist with implementation of safety programs, safety training meetings, and committees.
Manage workers’ compensation claims processing. Monitor costs and communication to complete a claim to closure. Maintain yearly company targets for safety and worker’s comp. Send out weekly worker’s comp reports.
Work with Safety Education Committee, safety topics, training, and loss control. Administer company hearing testing and Loon licenses program.
Assist with the administration and fulfillment of Employee Services process and backup up office staff as needed.
Track company safety and training attendance records and administer the distribution of keys per department.
To become familiar with some Federal and State Employment/Safety & Health laws and regulations specifically related to the industry.
All other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resource Director, including but not limited to Guest Service, reception, responding to internal and external requests for information, clerical administration such as filing, ordering supplies, and other administrative functions as needed. Work on special projects per designation
This is an Administrative Assistant position in the Human Resource Office. Requirements include a willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in Microsoft Office is required. Other systems for use and to be trained on include NAV, ICIMS, RTP, work with benefits carriers, state agencies systems, recruiting agencies, and data analysis. Two to three years previous experience in an office enviornment.
The Winter ski season schedule includes weekends and some holdiays. Must be able to deal with confidential materials professionally.
