The Highlands is seeking a new Guest Services Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising guest service team members in various roles such as bellman, pool attendant and concierge. You will also be interacting with guests, keeping your team informed on activities within the resort and work with other departments in a variety of ways. This is a full-time, year-round benefited position with flexible scheduling, PTO/Sick time, health insurance and much more!
