The Inn Café Culinary Team will assist the Inn Cafe Chef in their duties by efficiently, accurately, and professionally preparing food and assisting in all kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

Typical job functions include:

 

  • Preparing "grab and go" foods for the Inn Café such as sandwiches, pastas, fruits, and salads
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing work areas and equipment
  • Preparing various foods for amenities including charcuterie boards, chocolate strawberries, bakery items, and other customized dishes
  • Daily preparation and stocking

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Be willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
