The goal of this internship is to gain deeper understanding of management by assisting Manager with a variety of tasks including daily operations. Depending upon individual initiative, previous work experience and business demands, each intern will be assigned to one or several dining outlets. You will work alongside our team of professionals displaying leadership as well as motivating our service team. With a variety of dining options our interns are given many opportunities to network and secure full-time employment post-graduation!
Our outlets include:
Main Dining Room-serving breakfast daily and dinners on Friday and Saturday
Slopeside Lounge- serving lunch and dinner daily in a pub-like setting
Country Club of Boyne-serving lunch and dinner daily with nightly features such as Taco Tuesday and music on the patio in an upscale setting
Events- gain broader knowledge of corporate guests and their specific needs based on event orders
