The Highlands is looking for a new Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising the Main Lodge and Slopeside team, assisting with scheduling, addressing complaints, and training new team members, among other things. This is a full-time, year-round position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing ski resort.


We're currently looking for new supervisor for:

Main Dining Room- You will be supervising our A.M. team as they get everyone fueled up for the day

Slopeside Lounge- This is the place to be for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner

  • Assist with scheduling, daily staffing levels, billing transactions, inventory, etc.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, including service stations with maintaining a clean, neat, and well-organized work area.
  • Take appropriate action on any complaint or problem to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with culinary and other departments to properly plan and coordinate the operation of the restaurant.
  • Maintain awareness of accident prevention, safety, and fire prevention.
  • Consistently look for new methods, techniques, equipment, and material that will improve the overall efficiency and/or quality of the department.
  • Supervise 8-12 team members, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Train new team members.



  • Supervisors must possess ServSafe certification or acquire it upon hire.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale software and Microsoft products such as Word and Excel preferred
