Sugarloaf is looking for a few golf enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to come join our team as part-time Golf Course Ambassadors for our summer/fall golf season. Golf Course Ambassadors act as course rangers and ensure that guests receive an exceptional experience while out on the golf course. • Provide exceptional customer service for golf course guests
• Ensure pace of play is maintained for the benefit and satisfaction of players
• Maintain open and effective communication with all players and course team members
• Report any inappropriate behavior to the Golf Professional
• Convey information regarding pace of play and course rules to each group
• Be fully knowledgeable of daily tee sheet, events, and course etiquette
• Ensure all members and guests are operating golf carts in a safe manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team

The ideal candidate for this role will

• be available for weekday, weekend, and possibly holiday shifts as needed
• have knowledge of golf etiquette and course rules, or be able to learn quickly
• be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license
