The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a new Country Club of Boyne Activities Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing member activities during the summer season. These activities are designed to enhance and enrich the member community as well as the Country Club of Boyne as a whole.  This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits such as health insurance and PTO. • Meet with management and other appropriate groups to plan activities
• Create and maintain ongoing programs while continuously evaluating and suggesting modifications to current programs
• Schedule events and activities that coincide with other resort events.
• Prepare and publish activities calendars
• Works with a team to ensure the room set-up, food/beverage, and timelines are properly followed
• Create written plans following a template for the team to follow, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Supervise and support event staff in the execution of said activities (Trivia, Bocce Ball, Lads and Lassies, Men's Day, & Ladies Day)
• Coordinate with culinary staff in anticipating guest needs pertaining to food service
• Problem solve swiftly and authoritatively with little reliance on consensus or collaborating opinions

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants must be available to work weekends, weeknights, and some holidays
• Applicants must be able to list 50+ pounds
• Applicants must either possess ServSafe certification or obtain it upon hire
