Sugarloaf Golf Club is seeking Outside Services Attendants to work at the #1 golf course in Maine. Outside Service Attendants are the first and last staff interactions the guests encounter while at the golf course. Customer service is the number one priority for Sugarloaf Golf Club and Outside Service Attendants play a key role in maintaining our high standards.
Sugarloaf Golf Club expects Outside Service Attendants to be reliable and energetic. Customer service is a major part of the job so highly personable is necessary.
Job duties entail but not limited to managing golf cart fleet, maintaining practice facility, communicating with golf shop and course ambassadors, helping guests during arrivals and departures, maintaining bag drop, and other duties as assigned.
Outside Service Attendants work majority of their shift outside and the job requires physical effort throughout the shift. Outside Service Attendants will have to pick golf bags up to 40 pounds and walk/run up and down hills so conditioning is necessary. Morning shifts start as early at 5:30 AM and closing shifts are dependent on when last golf cart is off the golf course.
