Overview

Come join our Guest Services team! As our Guest Service Specialist/Ticket Seller for this summer season, you will help our guests with exceptional solution-based service so that they can enjoy a memorable day in the mountains. 

 

Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie.  Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90.  With summer activities ramping up, other than the Scenic Lift Rides, you will have access to our Mountain Biking, hiking, and more.

Responsibilities

Job duties may include, but not limited to: 

  • Having positive interactions with customers
  • Selling tickets and collecting payment
  • Redeeming tickets purhcased online
  • Providing customers with pertinent information about our resort and sumer operations
  • Create a safe, convenient, and fun outdoor escape for all!

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, and feels comfortable addressing small groups of people.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work holidays and weekends per seasonal demands and business needs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
