The Basecamp Sales Associate operates as the friendly face, cashier, and desk attendant in the Basecamp office; the information hub for Big Sky Resort. Activities offered by Basecamp include two zip line courses, Lone Peak Expedition, scenic lift rides, a giant swing, and climbing wall.

• Must be willing and able to gain extensive knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the surrounding areas. Must become an expert on all activities offered by Basecamp
• Assist guests with vacation planning including, but not limited to: recommending restaurants, activities and sights to see. May be required to book activities and make reservations for guests with outside vendors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Basecamp office. Stock flyers, paper goods and merchandise
• Enjoy interacting with guests of all types and discussing activities at length. This position requires an outgoing and friendly individual that strives to make guests feel welcome and leave informed!

• Previous customer service and hotel/resort experience preferred. Experience selling outdoor activites or products is a plus!
• Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite
