This position is the front line of the mountain during the summer, selling and scheduling activities as well as bike park lift tickets and season passes, answering guest questions, assisting guests with the check-in process and helping with ticket scanning for the bike park. This is a part-time or full-time seasonal position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various benefits that come with working at an amazing ski resort. • Welcome guests to the Adventure Center/Skier Services area and the resort.
• Have knowledge of The Highland’s products, services, promotions, and events, including a variety of pricing rates, discounts, special promotional days, and special events or happenings at the resort.
• Assist Guest Services in handling resort-specific questions, announcements, and delivery of pertinent information.
• Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion (inside or out).
• Sit for long periods in the ticket office and sell lift tickets to mountain bikers and adventure activities to guests, and on occasion be willing to work outside for long periods to assist with ticket scanning.
• Ensure all bikers have a valid season pass or lift ticket.
• Be well versed in how to resolve conflict situations in a timely and respectful manner while providing excellent guest services in any circumstance.

• Experience with computers and/or Point-of-Sale systems preferred
• Experience with cash handling preferred
• Able to sit for long periods
