They are an integral part in making great first impressions and in assisting fellow team members in the front of house area. • Have one years’ experience in the hospitality industry 
• Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry 
• Display a friendly attitude and an outgoing personality  
• Possess a high level understanding of dining room floor operations  
• Remain patient and cool under pressure, while completing detailed tasks 
• Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area 
• Excel in an environment with varied tasks in a steady or fast, even pace 
• Work within established standards and procedures 
• Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays 
• Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
