The Skier Services Representatives that we are looking for specialize in outstanding guest service. We are looking for applicants that have an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner, and know what it takes to go “above and beyond” for our guests. The primary role of this position is to provide top-level service with guests face to face. The Skier Services department will work with other departments such as Season Passes, Guest Services, Tickets, Perfect Turn, and Rentals in order to meet guest needs.   • Welcome guests to the sales area and to the resort.
  • Be responsible for knowing the information in the yearly Ticket and Promotion Manual.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Sugarloaf's policies, products, services, promotions and events, and accurately relay this information to guests in order to provide the best possible experience.
  • Assist guests in finding favorable resolutions for items of concern, within the boundaries as outlined by the Manager and resolve conflict in a timely and respectful manner, providing empathetic and excellent customer service in all circumstances.
  • Be able to quickly and efficiently complete all transactions on POS system and be accountable for all transactions processed.


In order to perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty listed satisfactorily and must be creative problem solvers. Patient, selfless, and empathetic communicators who enjoy working with and for the benefit of others will thrive in this position. The ideal candidate for this role is a friendly and levelheaded person that is good at following directions and takes pride in their work. 


Must be comfortable working with computers.


Must be available weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service strongly preferred.
