Brighton Resort is looking for fun, energetic, enthusiastic people, who love working with children ages 3-12 years old. With a focus on safety, fun, and learning, Brighton provides a learning environment that enables instructors to share their passion for the sports we love. We will train applicants without prior Snowsports teaching experience.

• Responsible for the safety and learning of classes of 1-8 students
• Communication effectivly with parents, children, and other staff
• Engage in continuing education in child development, teaching tactics, and skills
• Ability to work outdoors in the winter, mountain environment
• Flexibility to accommodate the needs of our guests and resort
• Other duties related to the daily operation of the Snowsports School  

• 18+ years old
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Experience working with children ages 3-12 years old
• Intermediate+ skiing or snowboarding skills
• Previous customer service, teaching and/or coaching experience and a willingness to help others
• A growth mindset (an openness to learning and feedback)
