Overview

Sunday River is seeking an Owner Services Manager to join our team! This position is Sunday River's primary contact for the property owners of the Jordan and Grand Summit hotels. The goal of the Owner Services Manager is to enhance the value of ownership - clear communication, exceptional service, and detailed management of the rental program are essential functions of this role. This is a fun and challenging position for someone with excellent attention to detail and who thrives on delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Networking and relationship building with owners, local vendors and real estate agents
  • Maintain an organized set of records and internal database of owners and their properties
  • Manage the day to day operations of Owner Services
  • Establish consistent protocols and service standards
  • Resolve all issues by investigating, evaluating and following up
  • Present resort updates to HOA's annual and board meetings
  • Communicate frequently with the VP of Lodging to set, assess, and discuss goals and additional operational planning
  • Coordinate all owner communication including monthly newsletters, new owner welcome packet, annual owner survey, etc, with direction from the VP of Lodging
  • Maintain owner rental calendars and follow up with owners for accuracy of schedule
  • Manage all time share exchanges, whether outgoing or incoming
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend all HOA meetings
  • Answer and manage all Space Available requests and fulfill their needs based on current occupancy and market conditions
