A Product Support Agent provides top-level service to guests over the phone in a calm and caring manner while answering their questions and guiding them toward the resort options that best fit the needs of their planned visit. • Handle a large call volume in a timely manner
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Sugarloaf's policies, products, services, promotions and events, including a variety of pricing rates, discounts, special promotional days, and special events or happenings at the resort and accurately relay this information to guests in order to provide the best possible experience.
• Assist guests in finding favorable resolutions for items of concern, within the boundaries as outlined by the Manager and resolve conflict in a timely and respectful manner, providing empathetic and excellent customer service in all circumstances.
• Quickly and efficiently complete all transactions on POS system

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• have a high school degree or degree equivalent
• be a fast learner
• be comfortable around computers
• have great communication skills
• enjoy providing excellent customer service
