Assist in morning registration/end of day sign outs; assist instructors and students during breaks and lunch, including but not limited to serving food and cleaning up. Supervise large groups children when indoors. Seasonal programs run from mid-December to mid-March, candidate will be available weekends and holiday weeks during this time period.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Ski and Snowboard School ski/snowboard daily and seasonal programs.
Answer incoming calls, take messages and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform secretarial duties as required including but not limited to: data entry, filing and completing forms.
Supervise students and instructors during meal time.
Assist instructors with students needs, such as at lunch and snack times, using the restroom, and dressing for lessons.
Assist the supervisors in the different Snowsports departments when needed.
Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing; assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort; participating in daily safety and service meetings; accept diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Must have good communication skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must be at least 18 years old
