Access Control Specialists are part of the Mountain Service department. The position will be mostly inside and work with the outside Ticket Checking team to resolve ticketing issues via radio and phone. You will use radio and phone to communicate ticket issues and solutions with the ticket checking team while diagnosing and fixing the ticket issues in the RTP sales platform. To be successful in this position you should be team player who is comfortable problem solving in a fast paced environment. You will be asked to maintain clear and professional communication, while under pressure, to resolve issues in a timely manner.
