The Guest Service and Ticket Manager oversees a team of Ticket Sellers, Guest Service Representatives, and Season Pass Sellers. Qualified candidates will be customer-oriented and comfortable making quick, on-brand decisions to help resolve any customer-facing issues. This position also requires interpersonal skills to represent Sunday River in a professional manner.
Candidate must have above average computer skills, including experience with sales systems, Microsoft Office products, and professional communications. Experience managing a team is also preferred.
