We are looking for dependable Golf Course Maintenance Technicians responsible for performing manual labor and use of hand tools required to care for and maintain our golf course.  Assists in maintenance of golf landscape and shop operations.


One of the most spectacular and scenic golf courses in New England, the Sunday River Country Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and features 18 breathtaking holes that wind through the Maine woods and over dramatic elevation changes in a truly stunning mountain setting. Overlooking the Sunday River Valley and Mahoosuc Mountains, the course follows the natural topography of the landscape, striking the perfect balance between challenge and playability.

  • Operate mowing equipment
  • Overall grooming of the golf courses
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools: rake, string trimmer, edger, blower, shovel, pruning shears, etc, in landscape maintenance
  • Trim and cultivate vegetative materials
  • Rake and edge bunkers
  • Repair and maintain divots
  • Watering and vegetation as assigned
  • Pick up litter around golf course, medians and trash receptacles
  • Assists in shop organizations of tools, equipment, supplies and parts
  • Sweeps, dusts and cleans shop and golf equipment


  • Previous experience in operation of golf course maintenance equipment, caring for lawns, trees, and other vegetation preferred
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions is a requirement
