Greet and interact with guests making the features of the Adventure Center a safe and fun experience for guests. This job includes leading base and summit snowshoe tours, and Nordic/snowshoe equipment to guests and the processing of related paperwork. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Lead guests on a variety of snowshoe tours ranging from 1 ½ - 3 hours along the Pemigewasset river or to the Summit of our three peaks.
Fit Nordic equipment and Snowshoe equipment with brief instruction on how equipment should be used. Direct, with a map, what trails are available for specific equipment rented.
Clean Adventure Center on a regular basis alongside other staff. Keep walkways outside clean of ice and snow.
Occasionally patrol Cross Country trails on skis or snowshoes.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
