The HVAC Technician's typical job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting air conditioning and heat change over
  • Reviewing and performing preventative maintenance on all HVAC 
  • Performing infrastructure maintenance; water system inspection and maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate time and material repair billing records
  • Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary


This position might be for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Associate degree or equivalent certificate in HVAC 

  • EPA Universal Certified Valid driver's license and good driving record with ability to drive
  • Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance

  • Knowledge of refrigeration troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance is appreciated

  • Knowledge of electricity and basic building controls

  • Ability to read, understand, and work from wiring diagrams, specifications, 

    and schematics

  • Physically able to climb ladders and to lift objects up to 100 pounds

  • Computer/mobile technology capable

  • Excellent customer service skills
