Overview

Sunday River is currently looking for people to join our team as Rental Shop Cashiers. Rental Shop Cashiers are responsible for the fast paced processing of ski and snowboard rental equipment sales. The right fit for this role will be energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. We have both full and part time positions available in this seasonal role. Responsibilities

  • Process rental transactions, discounts, and returns.
  • Ensure all rental agreements and forms are filled out and signed correctly.
  • Provide guests with information about rental products and services.
  • Follow all company standards in regards to paperwork, cash management, and loss prevention standards.
  • Answer rental shop phones courteously and professionally.
  • Call for additional assistance if a line develops in the shop to ensure proper guest satisfaction.
  • Create a safe, convenient, and fun outdoor escape for all.

Qualifications

  • This is an entry-level position that does not require prior training. All the necessary training will be provided on the job and staff should demonstrate good performance of their job tasks within a two week time frame.
