Sugarloaf is looking for a full time kitchen supervisor for the Bull Moose Bakery and Café located at our resort’s Outdoor Center location. Responsibilities include supervising staff and performing daily food preparation and service at a small lunch café in a cross-country ski lodge featuring homemade food. Other duties include weekly inventory, placing orders for food and supplies, and performing daily cash ups. Candidates should have food preparation and service experience, an understanding of kitchen sanitation and safe work practices.
