Shifts Available: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 shifts per week.
Wage Information: $11.00/hr or dependent on experience

If so, join our property management team and become a Vacation Home Attendant for Big Sky Resort! As a Vacation Home Attendant, you will have the great responsibility of helping with personalized service and vetting of our residential properties for our individual owners and guests to provide an exceptional experience. You will help to ensure that benchmarks of each of property are met by devising and maintaining property specific documents, forms and images to the highest standards of quality. Efficient communication and effective coordination with other departments and management relative to the specific care of each property is a standard expectation. Vacation Home Attendants take pride in furthering the development of their role and are encouraged to create or suggest alternative methods of existing processes. Our property management team believes in working very hard to provide an excellent product, but also recognizes the need for a work-life balance. As a Vacation Home Attendant, we will work with you on a schedule that will foster professional development, encourage excellence in execution of responsibilities and duties, and allow for time off and ski breaks!

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily unit inspections after guest check outs to assess for damage and missing items
  • Participates in projects such as, but not limited to, creating damage inspection and rating scale forms, and documenting that they are accomplished within the specified time frames
  • Tracks pending maintenance items and specific owner preferences
  • Reports directly to the Assistant Outside Condominium Manager

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and to adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the department
  • Must be willing to work independently and is self-motivated
  • Must have personal vehicle to use during scheduled shift
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and professional
  • Knowledge of computers, tablets/iPad, Power Point, and Microsoft Office are highly recommended
