Overview

Resort Front Desk Clerk:  Full time - Winter seasonal. Must be able to work Days, Evening and Weekends. Primary responsibilities include meeting, greeting and exceeding guest’s service expectations. Duties including switchboard for incoming calls for guests and Sugarloaf departments, daily cash-ups, bank deposits, arrival prep, research of guest’s transactions and various daily tasks and projects. Expanded duties including room Inspections, data entry and assigned tasks as needed. Must be flexible to scheduling demands, ability to multi-task, service driven and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
